Training provided by JSAT falls into three general categories: 1) Assessment tools; 2) Motivational Interviewing; 3) Practice Models. In all the trainings we provide we provide support for the larger staff development and implementation issues our customers are facing. We realize that training is but one of many implementation drivers.  Other drivers such as coaching, performance assessment and decision support databases are necessary for managers to having the functional feedback system necessary to scale-up complex protocols to fidelity, with sustainability. Every time one of our customers successfully rolls-out an innovation it’s a success not only for them, but for JSAT
